Chaperones are present to ensure the party run as seamless as possible, capture the party, and for the safety of our performers. If you have a gender preference, let us know and we will try to accommodate accordingly where possible!

We recommend booking your party at least 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure availability, particularly during peak seasons like the holidays or summer months. However, we may have last-minute availability, so don’t hesitate to reach out if you’re planning a party on short notice!
Absolutely! Our entertainers are trained to engage children in a variety of fun activities, including games, storytelling, sing-alongs, and dancing. Activities can be tailored to suit the age group and theme of your party. Just let us know if you’d like specific games or activities included!
While we don’t provide costumes for the children, we recommend asking your guests to come dressed as their favourite characters. Alternatively, you can offer party-goers a small themed accessory, like a tiara or crown, as part of the fun!
Yes, all of our performers are DBS-certified and insured for your peace of mind. Safety and professionalism are our top priorities, so you can be confident that your party will be in good hands.
The duration of the entertainers visit depends on the package you select. Our standard meet-and-greet lasts around 30 minutes, but for a more immersive experience, we offer packages where the princess stays for up to 2 hours, engaging the children with games, songs, and photo opportunities. If you have a particular schedule in mind, we can also tailor the visit to suit your needs.
Our parties are designed to be magical and memorable from start to finish. Upon arrival, the entertainers will greet the children with a friendly welcome will then lead the children in fun activities such as storytelling, games, and songs. Depending on the package, there may also be a mini performance or even glitter tattoos and face painting! We ensure every guest feels included and part of the fun!
